将KanMX-Cre/loxP重组系统与URA反选择相结合,构建了改进的工具箱pUMRI。将PGAL1、PGAL10、PGAL2和PGAL7这四个GAL启动子引入pUMRI盒,分别生成pUMRI-A和pUMRI-b。
