HistoryThe host strain was stored (glycerol cryostocks) before being used to generate strain DF57-Cu15 by TN5::luxAB mutagenesis (Kragelund et at., 1995; Tom-Petersen et al., 2001). Since then, the strain has been maintained as glycerol cryostocks (15% vol/vol ).
