对日本慢生根瘤菌USDA110进行Tn5转座子诱变,产生缺陷突变体。筛选根瘤菌中硝酸还原酶活性降低的菌株,通过实验发现硝酸还原活性降低后固氮能力与对硝酸盐的耐性提升。
