1. 在较高pH如0.1M Na2CO3溶液下离心获得细胞膜片，再设法溶解；

2. 利用Triton X-114的在37C 下分相的特性，分离HPL和HPB的蛋白，这也是BIORAD的膜蛋白抽提KIT的方法。
