| 介绍 | Helicobacter pylori（幽门螺杆菌）是一种革兰氏阴性、具鞭毛的螺旋形细菌，主要定植于胃黏膜。长期感染可引起慢性胃炎、胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡，并与胃癌和胃MALT淋巴瘤密切相关，是目前已明确与癌症相关的细菌之一。全球感染率较高，但多数感染者无明显症状。 |
