Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism (in a panel of 5): BamHI, BglII, EcoRI, HindIII, HincII, MspI, PstI, RsaI. Enzymes not detecting polymorphism: PstI, EcoRV, BamHI, BglII, MspI, EcoRI, HindIII, PvuII (10 unrelated Caucasians). Using this probe on TaqI digested human DNA, three RFLP alleles were detected.
