The BglII RFLP is detected using the 400 bp BamHI/KpnI 5 fragment of pAT-A. The polymorphic site maps 2.5 kb upstream from C4A. The 4.2 kb allele segregates with F allele of factor B and the 6.6 kb TaqI fragment in C2.
