货期:
编号:TS150629
品牌:Testobio
产品名称: Human adenovirus 19
商品货号: TS150629
Classification: Adenoviridae, Mastadenovirus, Human adenovirus D
Deposited As: Adenovirus type 19
Agent: Human adenovirus 19
Strain: AV-587 3911
Applications:
Respiratory research
Biosafety Level: 2

Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

Product Format: frozen 1.0 mL
Storage Conditions: -70°C or colder
Comments:
Replicates very slowly. Agglutinates rat RBC. Identical to adenovirus type 10 in HAI but different in neutralization tests
REFERENCE STRAIN: Pereira, H.G. et al., Virology 20: 613, 1963.
Effect on Host:
CPE, refractile rounding and sloughing
Recommended Host:
KB cells (ATCC® CCL-17™)
Growth Conditions:

Temperature: 37°C

Recommendations for Infection: Plate cells 18-24 hours prior to infection and infect when cultures are 70-90% confluent. Remove medium and inoculate with a small volume of virus (e.g. 1 mL per 25 cm2) diluted to provide an optimal MOI (e.g. 0.01-0.1). Adsorb 1-2 hours at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere. End adsorption by adding virus growth medium.

Incubation: 6-10 days at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere, until CPE is progressed through 80% of the monolayer.

Name of Depositor: SD Bell

Year of Origin: 1955
