Each contains a BglII site in a different reading frame relative to the lacZ gene. The neo gene is regulated by an actin 6 promoter and a CP1 terminator. The lacZ gene and Dictyostelium actin 8 terminator from pDdlac-1 were inserted into a derivative of pB10TP2 from which the f1 origin and and a lacZ fragment had been removed. |
