Human adenovirus 41
规格:
货期:
编号:TS154759
品牌:Testobio
产品名称: Human adenovirus 41
商品货号: TS154759
Classification: Adenoviridae, Mastadenovirus, Human adenovirus F
Deposited As: Adenovirus type 41
Agent: Human adenovirus 41
Strain: Tak (73-3544)
Applications:
Enteric Research
Biosafety Level: 2

Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

Product Format: frozen 1 mL per vial
Storage Conditions: -70°C or colder
Comments: Good immunogen in rabbits. No two-way cross serum neutralization or HA with 37 prototypes. Related to strain Dugan (79-18025) by serum neutralization and HAI. HA at low titer in rat red blood cells. No HA in rhesus monkey or human O type red blood cells. GenBank: DQ315364.2.
Effect on Host:
CPE, cell rounding, clumping, sloughing
Recommended Host:
293 HEK-293 (ATCC® CRL-1573™)
Growth Conditions: Temperature: 37°C
Recommendations for Infection: Plate cells 24 hours prior to infection and infect when cultures are 80-90% confluent. Remove medium and inoculate with a small volume of virus (e.g. 1 mL per 25 cm2) diluted to provide an optimal MOI (e.g. 0.1). Adsorb 1-2 hours at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere, rocking every 15 minutes to redistribute inoculum. End adsorption by adding virus growth medium.
Incubation: 2-7 days
Name of Depositor: JC de Jong, National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, Netherlands
Special Collection: ATCC
Source: Feces from 14 month old with gastroenteritis, Netherlands, 1973
