Sequence 2173-2252 should read: GCGACCGAGT TGCTCTTGCC CGGCGTCAAT ACGGGATAAT ACCGCGCCAC ATAGCAGAAC TTTAAAAGTG CTCATCATTG. Constructed by inserting the 152 bp BamHI-BglII fragment from pAR2529 into the BamHI site of pTZ18R. Polylinker sites were removed and were replaced with the 48 bp EcoRI-KpnI fragment of pBluescript KS+. The order of the major features of the plasmid is: universal primer sequence - XbaI - T7 phi 10 terminator < - XbaI - BamHI/MCS/EcoRI - < T7 phi 10 promoter - reverse primer sequence - pMB1 ori - < ampR - f1 ori. |
