Linked to von Recklinghausen neurofibromatosis (NF1), theta max = 0.1, LOD score = 16.9. Detects the same polymorphism as pABL10-41 (aka A10-41). Combined heterozygosity with MspI and PvuII RFLPs is about 50%. |
