Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

Shipping Information: Distributed: DNA (dried). Rehydrate with TE. (amount: 2 ug)
Comments:
Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--3.7, 0.87; HindIII--4.6; BamHI--4.6; PstI--4.6; PvuII--uncut.
This probe was previously known as DNF17.
Some EcoRI multimers appear to segregate with particular chromosomes. Multimers of 6, 7, and 9 are more chromosome 13-specific. Multimers of 4 and 5 appear to be distributed equally between 13 and 21.
With less stringent washing conditions, the probe detects some signal on chromosomes 2, 4, 8, 9, 15, 18, 20, and 22 in addition to the strong signal on chromosomes 13 and 21.
