RAF1 shows linkage to Von Hippel-Lindau disease (VHL) with a LOD score of 4.38 with theta = 0.11.
Haplotype frequencies for the TaqI and BglI polymorphisms suggest only slight linkage disequilibrium between the two sites.
Significant linkage has been demonstrated to von Hippel-Lindau disease (theta = 0.0, z = 2.6).
