The order of the major features in the plasmid is: two SV40 polyadenylation signals - HindIII/MCS/BamHI - HSV tk promoter - cat - SV40 small T splice signal - SV40 polyadenylation signal - ClaI/MCS/SstI - pMB1 ori - ampR. |
