The probe was generated by the depositors while both were at the Frederick Cancer Research Facility, Frederick, MD 21701. The insert was cloned from a third cycle NIH 3T3 cell transfectant originally transformed with DNA derived from human esophageal carcinoma. The vav oncogene was activated during gene transfer. |
