Subculturing:

Every 2 to 3 days, the cells must be diluted without centrifugation at a concentration of 5 X 105 viable cells/mL by adding fresh medium to the culture.xa0

Mouse IL-7 can be obtained from several commercial sources including Upstate Biotechnology, Inc., Lake Placid, NY (1-800-548-7853).xa0The cells do not grow as well when human IL-7 is substituted for mouse IL-7.
