Comments:
Non-oncogenic, cell-associated. Will protect against MDV and non-virus producing JM tumor transplant.
Note that SB-1 is strictly cell-associated, damage to the infected cells will cause loss of titer. Thaw frozen ampule in 27C waterbath; dilute content slowly in 9.0 ml medium or PBS; pellet cells (10min at 400Xg); resuspend in culture medium.

xa0CPE, cell rounding and syncytia formation
Recommended Host:
chicken embryo fibroblasts
Growth Conditions:
Temperature: 38°C to 39°C
Incubation: xa0Incubate infected culture for 7 days at 38-39°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere, until CPE are well advance throughout.
