编号:TS213804
品牌:Testobio
产品名称: Macaca mulatta polyomavirus 1
商品货号: TS213804
Classification: Polyomaviridae, Betapolyomavirus
Deposited As: Macaca mulatta polyomavirus 1
Agent: Macaca mulatta polyomavirus 1
Strain: Baylor SVB2E (WT), SVB
Common Name: Simian virus 40, SV40
Biosafety Level: 2

Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

Product Format: frozen 1.0 mL per vial
Storage Conditions: -70°C or colder
Images: VR-1900 images
Comments: C-terminal variable domain of T-antigen differs from that of SV40-776
Effect on Host:
CPE, vacuolization, rounding, and sloughing
Recommended Host:
CV-1 cells (ATCC® CCL-70™)
Growth Conditions:

Temperature: 37°C

Recommendations for Infection: Plate cells 24-48 hours prior to infection and infect when cultures are 80-90% confluent. Remove medium and inoculate with a small volume of virus (e.g. 1 mL per 25 cm2) diluted to provide an optimal MOI (e.g. 0.01). Adsorb 2 hours at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere. End adsorption by adding virus growth medium.

Incubation: 9-16 days at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 atmosphere, until CPE is progressed through 80% of the monolayer.
