The IS50L(kanR/B.t.) gene segment has a +4 frameshift mutation (which converts a wild type XhoI site to a PvuI site) of the transposase gene IS50L.
This strain is resistant to 100 mcg/ml rifampicin and 100 mcg/ml nalidixic acid.
Strain that proliferates in a plant environment to an extent sufficient to express at least 0.5 ng of insecticidally active protein per each insect to be controlled.
