Filter sterilize through a 0.2 micrometer filter, dispense 500 mL into 500 mL bottles. Note: Complete culture medium is stable for 1 month once hydrocortisone and transferrin are added.
Subculturing：	Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium once or twice a week.
