Subculture : split saturated culture 1:5 to 1:10 every 2-3 days; seed out at about 1.0-1.5 x 105 cells/ml
Incubation : at 37 °C with 5% CO2
Doubling time : about 40-50 hours
Harvest : cell harvest of about 0.5-1.0 x 106 cells/ml
Storage : frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO
