Medium : 80-90% Iscoves MDM + 10-20% h.i. FBS
Subculture : seed out at ca. 0.3-0.5 x 106 cells/ml in flasks; maintain at ca. 0.5-3.0 x 106 cells/ml; split culture 1:3 every 2 days
Incubation : at 37 °C with 5% CO2
Doubling time : ca. 20-24 hours
Harvest : maximum density at ca. 3.5 x 106 cells/ml
Storage : frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO
