Incubation : at 37 °C with 5% CO2
Doubling time : ca. 50-60 hours
Harvest : cell harvest of ca. 2-3 x 106 cells/80 cm2
Storage : frozen with 90% Keratinocyte SFM, 10% DMSO
Mycoplasma : negative in PCR assay
