Subculture : seed out at 1 x 106 cells/80 cm2; split confluent culture once or twice a week 1:2 to 1:4 using trypsin/EDTA
Incubation : at 37 °C with 10% CO2
Doubling time : ca. 40-60 hours
Harvest : cell harvest of 6-8 x 106 cells/175 cm2 flask
Storage : frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO
Mycoplasma : negative in PCR assay
