冻干物说明: ·冻干首次活化,干粉要全部用完,不能保留,用0.2-0.5m1的培养液或者无菌水溶解,接种在1-2个平板上,因冻干菌种处于休眠状态,请勿接种多个平板,以免因接种量不足而导致复苏不成功;
保存说明: 1、长期保存的储存菌株以冷冻干燥保藏为主,特殊要求的菌种可用其它方法进行保存,保存期可长达几年至几十年。2、半储存菌株以含20%甘油的肉汤或液体石腊封存的半固体琼脂为主,在0℃以下保存,保存期为3-6个月。3、应用菌株以琼脂斜面为主,在4℃保存,保存期为1-3个月。4、菌种的传代不可超过6次。视菌种的特性及使用情况,一般储存菌株每5年传记代一次,每1-2年从储存菌株转接至半储存菌株,半储存菌株每3-6个月传代一次,每1-3个月从半储存菌株转接接至应用菌株。
