二、储存条件 冻干菌种和试管斜面请置于2℃～8℃冷藏。
三、培养条件
1、培养基： 强化梭菌琼脂培养基(ATCC1053)
2、培养基成分：肉汁 10g，蛋白胨 5g，酵母粉 3g，D(+)-葡萄糖 5g，淀粉 1g，NaCl 5g，NaAc 3g，L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐 0.5g， 蒸馏水 1.0L，琼脂 15g，121℃湿热灭菌15min。如需要可添加多粘菌素B(0.02 g /L)。pH 6.8± 0.2 (25℃)。推荐使用商品化成品 培养基。
3、需氧类型：厌氧 4、培养温度：36
四、注意事项
1、菌种常规培养时间：细菌1-2天，酵母3天，霉菌5-7天，大型真菌 7-10天。
2、试管斜面菌种请尽快转接，不建议长期存放。
3、初次使用时请按照本说明书推荐条件进行复活培养，如使用其它类型培养基或培养条件造成菌种不活等损失，泰斯拓生物科技不负责任。
4、使用者应保证菌种的安全存储和操作，带菌废弃物应高压灭菌处理后丢弃。
