二、储存条件 冻干菌种和试管斜面请置于2℃~8℃冷藏。
三、培养条件
1、培养基: 马铃薯、葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)
2、培养基成分:马铃薯提取液 1.0L,葡萄糖 20.0g,琼脂 15.0g,pH自然。[注] 马铃薯提取液:取去皮马铃薯200g,切成小块, 加水1.0L煮沸30min,滤去马铃薯块,将滤液补足至1.0L。可以使用商品化成品培养基。
3、需氧类型:好氧
4、培养温度:25
四、注意事项
1、菌种常规培养时间:细菌1-2天,酵母3天,霉菌5-7天,大型真菌 7-10天。
2、试管斜面菌种请尽快转接,不建议长期存放。
3、初次使用时请按照本说明书推荐条件进行复活培养,如使用其它类型培养基或培养条件造成菌种不活等损失,泰斯拓生物科技不负责任。
4、使用者应保证菌种的安全存储和操作,带菌废弃物应高压灭菌处理后丢弃。
