1、培养基： 查氏琼脂(Czapek's Agar)
2、培养基成分：蔗糖 30.0g，NaNO3 3.0g，MgSO4∙7H2O 0.5g，KCl 0.5g，FeSO4∙4H2O 0.01g，K2HPO4 1.0g，琼脂 15.0g，蒸馏水 1.0L，pH6.0～6.5。
3、需氧类型：好氧
4、培养温度：25
四、注意事项
1、菌种常规培养时间：细菌1-2天，酵母3天，霉菌5-7天，大型真菌 7-10天。
2、试管斜面菌种请尽快转接，不建议长期存放。
3、初次使用时请按照本说明书推荐条件进行复活培养，如使用其它类型培养基或培养条件造成菌种不活等损失，泰斯拓生物科技不负责任。
4、使用者应保证菌种的安全存储和操作，带菌废弃物应高压灭菌处理后丢弃。
